• Microsoft (IIS) web server running ASP
• Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or better
• Sufficient storage for all videos (including temporary upload storage space) min. 1TB recommended
• Sufficient bandwidth for serving videos to users (varies based on site popularity, minimum 3mb/sec recommended)
• Any web browser (for administering the system)

Installation takes approximately 30 minutes. An installation and user guide is included, and unlimited phone/email technical support is provided to all Zeop customers. This system using  progressive download of videos by default but streaming can be turned on if required. The system operates by use of compiled components (COM Object) so the system is extremely fast and memory efficient.  All customization of the web pages are done inside the program administration through configuration so no coding is required to change the look and feel of the pages include text areas.
