Download & Installation Help

The Zeop Media Engine does not ship on physical CDs. The software is downloaded from our website.

The email you received containing your Zeop Media Engine serial number also contains the location of the downloadable installation files.

If for any reason you misplace your downloaded installation files, please contact our customer service department for assistance on how to re-download the files. Please have your serial number ready.

Serial Number Activation

Once you have finalized your purchase of any edition of the Zeop Media Engine, you will receive an email that contains your serial number. If you have any questions or did not receive this email, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

Edition Upgrades

Zeop Media Engine licenses can be upgraded from one edition to the next at any time by paying the price difference between editions. To upgrade your edition to support a higher video capacity please contact us for more information.
